Yeheskel (Chesky) Frankel

With his over 25 years of experience in the field of commercial and residential real estate, Chesky has developed and perfected the art of recognizing and purchasing properties with growth potential. He has been consistently successful in accelerating income growth as well as in selling properties at a substantial profit margin. Aside from his serious involvement in the purchase of a property, he is continuously busy with the lease-ups and is involved in the management of all the real estate properties. Chesky is still actively involved with Lakestar Properties and has completed transactions for over $1 billion with total area of 8 million sf throughout the years.

Fuat Agsak

Fuat has a Civil Engineering degree along with an MBA (Masters in Business Administration). He has been working in commercial real estate for over 15 years. He has been involved in all phases of development projects from acquisition to construction and asset management to leasing/sales. He has also sourced, underwrote & managed retail, office & apartment assets valued between $8M to $200M nationwide. Prior to joining Highview, Fuat managed U.S. assets and operations of a multinational development company leading more than 150 employees in 8 holdings.

Rafi Frankel

Rafi’s responsibilities at Highview Property Group include sourcing and financing real estate transactions. Prior to co-founding Highview, Rafi spent nearly a decade arranging financing for commercial real estate transactions at Deerwood Real Estate Capital and specialized in the office sector. Rafi also previously served as Director of Operations at Sparks Cleaning Services, managing several hundred employees in the servicing of office buildings up and down the East Coast and throughout the Mid-Atlantic.
